Last week, my parents discovered they could no longer connect to @comcast WiFi using their Windows 7 PCs. Apple devices have no problem. Turns out, the SSID for both 2.4G and 5G were exactly the same, confusing Win 7. Renaming one fixed it. Did Comcast force a new setting?
