Eventually, I get connected to another live agent (the 4th) who lets me know that there are no supervisors available and advised I call back between 9am and 8pm. @XfinitySupport @Xfinity, first things first, you donāt have supervisors on every shift?

I had an interesting interaction today with @Xfinity @XfinitySupport agents. Apparently they seem to abandon chats. One guy in particular named āHermantā not sure if thatās his real name did that more than once. It is appalling customer service. #internet

@BoostCare the number is supposed to be transferred over to xfinity is 435-339-4811 contacted the police if you don't transfer it will be on your heads I have waited the total amount of time you said it would be done and transferred to #xfinity and yet no progress
