@cogeco so I just found out that my 120mbs @ $133/month no longer exists and instead it's now 180mbs @ $80/month. But if I change it through myaccount online it's $112. So why is Cogeco trying to screw its customers.

@cogeco 4 hours estimated time before my internet connection is back up and running? On a clear f'ing day? I guess it's time to find a new provider. You want me to pay monthly for a connection yet you don't give us a credit when you shut your service off that we pay for.
