Cloudflare operates as a content delivery network and distributed DNS (domain name server). Its services protect website owners from peak loads, comment spam attacks and DDos (distributed denial of service) attacks.
@kingslyj@internetfreedom@SFLCin@nixxin@Cloudflare@eastdakota Disabling DoH and using Quad9 as DNS gets you the cloudflare host being down screen, right?
Enabling DoH allows me to access.
Airtel going the extra mileage while BSNL doesn't bother going beyond redirecting to a page showing that the URL is blocked IF you use their DNS servers.
@WebIsBae@webflow@Cloudflare Very cool. I’ve been looking for a solution to also resize the image dimensions. I use outseta and some people upload huge avatar images which I need to downsize. Is that technically even possible?
@Cloudflare ‘s support is BY FAR the worst I have ever seen.
I get an error when setting up a new domain and they tell me it’s because of an incident.
THEY TOOK 21 DAYS (!) to -kinda- fix it, just to make me submit a new ticket and tell me it was a pending $0.81 bill
@levelsio@Cloudflare Hit some bumps with Cloudflare - not about Image Resize (sticking with it) but billing's a maze. Downgrades went awry, landing us on free plans and locking out WAF rules. Slow support adds to the challenge. Yet, after a mix-up gave us a $5 credit for unexpected billing error.
