@jacobbednarz @dok2001 @mattfysh @dansult @Cloudflare @flydotio CUSTESCs and FRs that are invisible to other customers really aren’t the solution imo, sorry. The original blog post for cf-terraforming even encourages GitHub for this kind of thing, but nowadays most issues just end up locked and brushed to support.

@dhh @Cloudflare I know that and you know that. Most of small companies will buy it to save money would not know this. It's a complete new skill to learn. If server would go down they need to SSH (if SSH will work) and fix it. All I am saying is to have someone available to call for help.
