@chatrmobile signed up for VIP offfer in mychatr page. Bonus data supposed to be applied by May 3. Nothing. Call May 3 and am advised they need to escalate to IT, could take 72 hours. Call, ticket was closed by IT for no reason. Now told to wait 72 hrs again. Redonk.

@chatrmobile Hello - trying to cancel my Chatr account as I no longer live in Canada. No option to do this on app/website. Called but no ring tone. Online form not working either. No email address. Cannot even remove card. Please can someone help me do this! Very frustrating!

@chatrmobile has been in on the stress test now they just cut off my phone said it's expired which is a lie because it isn't and they were supposed to take the payment today and even sent me a text advising that they were going to and then they cut my phone off

@chatrmobile Customer Support required. Chatr's X account won't allow DMs except for paid users! I got confirmation email about a successful top up. But, when I text the code to 611, I am getting this error: "Waiting for connection." Phone is working well on Wifi. (1 of 2)
