All I could be told by the Customer Service Supervisor when I called @ChaseSupport was that that was their process when there was both a “Primary” and a “Secondary” on a credit card account. It didn’t matter that it was something that both the Primary and Secondary wants.

No late payments, plenty of usage, and I also have a Business Credit Card with @ChaseSupport - and an individual credit score well north of 800. And I have to fill out a brand new application after I cancel the card we’ve used for nearly 32 years - faithfully and loyally.Related Services
