@ChaseSupport Please please help. You’ve frozen my account. This is my main source of money. I need to do shopping and buy nappies for my little boy. I’ve seen online that this has taken up to 3 months to be resolved. I can’t do that. Please help

@ChaseSupport I went to a branch and was treated like a dog..they closed my account for doing a claim because Walmart took two weeks to return a TV even though chase took they condition credit back . Mani manager was very nice the guy in the drive through w the glases is terible

@ChaseSupport No surprise, your escalation team did nothing. Just repeated the same nonsense about everything being non-refundable even though three of the four segments were. Essentially you’re cheating people out of what they paid for.
@JLL____ @Chase @ChaseSupport And then held my disability check for over a week and a half cuz the funds were supposedly not released and my mother got mad at the bank because the person who told me about the account basically lied to me so they could get their commission
@JLL____ @Chase @ChaseSupport Hey this happened to me as well except I’m 20 I had a disability check and was trying to cash it I thought you could go anywhere but no chase then told me I could open an account with them while was there and that I would have access to some money today and the rest tomorrow etc

@ChaseSupport Chase is the only company I’ve ever seen that punishes you for paying your card down. I gave payment of over 3000 dollars in return they reduced my credit limit below 1000. Never had a missed or late payment. Be wise don’t use ChasePrime.
