@JLL____ @Chase @ChaseSupport Hey this happened to me as well except I’m 20 I had a disability check and was trying to cash it I thought you could go anywhere but no chase then told me I could open an account with them while was there and that I would have access to some money today and the rest tomorrow etc

@JLL____ @Chase @ChaseSupport And then held my disability check for over a week and a half cuz the funds were supposedly not released and my mother got mad at the bank because the person who told me about the account basically lied to me so they could get their commission

@ChaseSupport One of your representatives was jist a total asshole to my roommate. She's autistic with severe anxiety and someone hacked her account today. The rep drove her into a panic attack and then refused her asking for the information to be emailed to her.

@ChaseSupport I am fed up of CHASING Chase… what do I have to do to unfreeze a savings account that Chase froze due to “inactivity”? The a/c (at Chase Madison Ave NYC, Avni Milush) frozen. 2 visits in person, >20 mails… Please let me know what I have to do to unfreeze it. Rick@sopher.co.uk

@ChaseSupport I went to a branch and was treated like a dog..they closed my account for doing a claim because Walmart took two weeks to return a TV even though chase took they condition credit back . Mani manager was very nice the guy in the drive through w the glases is terible
