Hey @CapitalOne your travel website is honestly the worst website I have ever been to. Then I called customer service. They asked me to do a survey and when I start saying negative things about the website you cut me off. When this year is up, I am canceling my credit card.

@CapitalOne @AskCapitalOne I am not a happy customer, I got off phone with them and asked for credit increase but they keep denying me I been with them for 7 years and made on time payments but seem not care about that loyalty of customer! At least I know @CreditOneBank is true

@CapitalOne The corporations are stacking up against the consumer. I also canceled all subscriptions being billed through Amazon, Google, and Apple Pay. If I can't obtain them somewhere else, I'll just do without

@CapitalOne At one point a Capital One operator told me that charges initiated by Google, Apple, and Amazon were assumed legit and that I could not refute them. Even though they admitted the charges were not initiated by me

@CapitalOne I spent hours on this talking to operators, to supervisors, to managers. I had to suspend my account for months. Most of the charges WERE NEVER REVERSED

@CapitalOne Capital One informed me that they have agreements in place with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon to not delete any credit card tokens, ever. When I attempted to replace my card, the new card number was updated in the chief's accounts
