@CapitalOne please help. I am trying to add a joint account holder and he gets the invitation email but then when he goes through the process he gets an error message saying your system ‘hit a snag’. We’ve tried multiple times

@CapitalOne beware if you have autopay and a set payment and it is $1 below, they will charge you a $40 late fee and give you the terms and conditions speech. Instead of helping consumers avoid junk fees. @CFPB

Terrible experience with @CapitalOne . They did multiple hard injuries in my credit story, and reject to issue a card because I do not have state ID or driver License. Of course in promos they don’t mention that. Never use them, fraud and liars! @CapitalOneCafe
