@CapitalOne I called Capital One to discuss charges on my card. The agent answered advised the call was being recorded. After I Istated that I was also recording the call, he said…he could not discuss the account on a recorded or shared line and hung up.

3 returned payments bc my bank won’t allow overdraft for my credit card payment even tho the $ is there so @CapitalOne closed my cards that i use for work & makes it impossible to talk to anyone who can do anything to reverse it. i hate it here.

I genuinely do not understand why companies like @CapitalOne are allowed to take 3 days to process payments into your account. They are actually card payment processing companies FFS, every payment on my bank account is instant & shows within seconds.
