Been waiting on @BankofAmerica for a credit reference letter for a week now. Apparently, they're on their own time zone: the never-ending 24-48 hours timeframe. Meanwhile, @CapitalOne had their credit letter sorted in 2 hours.

Has anyone been having problems with purchase @NintendoAmerica my son has not been able to use his debit card and after they made us call the bank NA said the only solution is to buy prepaid Nintendo cards. Are they trying to avoid credit card fees from @Chase and/or @CapitalOne
