@CapitalOne I spent hours on this talking to operators, to supervisors, to managers. I had to suspend my account for months. Most of the charges WERE NEVER REVERSED

@CapitalOne Capital One informed me that they have agreements in place with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon to not delete any credit card tokens, ever. When I attempted to replace my card, the new card number was updated in the chief's accounts

@CapitalOne Someone stole my cc number. I know who and I know when it happened. They put my credit card number into their Apple Pay and their Amazon account. Both Apple and Amazon acknowledged my card number was being used in someone else's account but said they could not remove it
