@DeborahMeaden @BTCare I’d never, ever, ever get another contract with @BTCare @bt_uk after they made an utter hash of the last one; tried to charge £144 for their mistake and I spent hours sorting it as ‘their system wasn’t working’! Avoid them at all costs..

Living in rural areas can be a pain re broadband but these days both BeFibre and Gigaclear offering full fibre bandwidth for less. I'm with @bt_uk but hanging on the line for 15+ minutes to speak about switching away from them. People must be leaving in droves - not surprised.
