(2/n) In 2024 #BSNL still sticks to prehistoric concepts of circles, and their all India helpline (18001801503) doesn't have any information! Next shock, the number given for WB circle (9433200589), no ivrs option works, simply disconnects after a beep!

(1/n) I have a @BSNLCorporate sim that I didn't recharge for long. Given buzz around #BSNL 4g I thought I would reactivate it. Alas #BSNL is still the same! No info on website on which recharge for reactivating! Called 18001801503, they said for my circle (WB) call 9433200589!

If services are down for 4 to 5 days. No compensation is offered by BSNL. But if we are late in paying by 1 day, BSNL will charge us money. If we are complaining to customer care for defunct services, they are hopeless , can't provide any assurance of servic #bsnl @BSNLCorporate

Pricing of 2 gb per day 84 days plan should be above 1500+ say 2200 rs should be the price for 2GB. Increase of 3X should happen in data prices. Low ARPU sucks
