Yesterday there was heavy rainfall in my area... And guess what, nearby BTS of bsnl got down as usual.... There is an equation from my past experience of 4-5 years - rainfall ~ BSNL'S BTS down... @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL
