@BritishGas is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with.A complaint raised took 2 months to investigate into why I was overcharged & they tried lying to justify it. Thankfully @edfenergy came to my rescue and help claim my refund which I’m still waiting for 16 days later.

Currently on the phone to @BritishGas call centre sounds like they’re having a party there. Almost unable to hear over the background noise. South Africa judging by the accents. Took me 13 seconds to check my account after I got on the website,apparently takes them much longer.
