@British_Airways Your customer service team is terrible. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the difference in a flight I put on hold and then tried booking in the 72 hour period and your system wouldn’t take my card. Then I made a new booking mind you with the same card. Please help me

What on earth makes @British_Airways #DisabilityAssistance staff think a same day return flight is a connecting flight that requires me to wait in the lounge from the first flight in to the last out? I had to explain about 10 times I wanted arrivals not flight connections.

@Nick_ukmfg @British_Airways By any chance, are you having trouble getting the rest of your party's boarding passes onto your app? Cos I'm in the same boat and none of the solutions I googled work!

@British_Airways I've been waiting for the payment of my claim for delayed flights AND lost baggage, dating back to a round trip in JULY LAST YEAR, with my claim processed 5 months ago, but STILL not reimbursed. Surely, this should have been paid within the same year, with interest on top of it?!

@paullewismoney I booked a flight on @British_Airways website. On checking my account I realised there had been two debits for the same amount. Contacted BA and was told there is a problem with their system. Wonder how many others have been charged twice and not noticed?
