@British_Airways Hey @MartinSLewis, I sent a written complaint to British Airways four months ago. They’ve still not responded. I asked for it to be escalated. They said it’s not possible. I’ve written to my MP. And it’s getting a little bit frustrating now. Can they just ignore me forever?

@British_Airways Morning. The reference is 25980344. I first lodged the complaint on 6th November and I've heard nothing but a 'we're looking at it' email last since the 11th December. Would be grateful if you could expedite it. Thanks.
