@British_Airways - how are BA members meant to contact you? Phoned 3x to be hung up on after automated voice told me you’re too busy to put me through. No reply to my online complaint in over 3 weeks. This tactic of ghosting customers is a joke. #britishairways @MartinSLewis

@British_Airways is there an issue with booking online? Tried about 12 times to get a holiday booked tonight and everytime I get to either the passenger details or as far as submitting payment details to page refreshes and I've not managed to book it yet!

DAMN @British_Airways had 30mins before sale ended but website refreshing payment so now not going on holiday next week!

Hi @British_Airways I'm unable to get in to my account. Had an email off you saying it had been locked as a precaution and you need to verify it's me. When I click to get a verification code via email or SMS I get nothing... and as such, still unable to log in, lil help??Related Services
