@British_Airways @SmitaCKumar Case Ref 25610545 PNR VC8CZ9 BA cancelled LAX-SJC sector on their own and had to buy a last minute ticket for the same AA flight that was already paid for BA CUST svc says they have on record that pax asked to cancel sector but refuse to share the recording. Y?
