@British_Airways It cuts me off as there is no option for people who have submitted a complaint and are still waiting for an answer, it switches to a recorded message saying I have to just keep waiting, if there is a number I am missing for that issue please can you give me that specific number?

@British_Airways This is the worst airline in entire world. First and last time ever flying this airline. Agent at check-in was rudest woman I ever met. Wouldn't let us carry on bag that clearly fit requirements. With so many other airlines, no need to ever fly this one!!!!!!!!
