@British_Airways So, the CEDR are experiencing higher than usual complaints for BA, yeah, NSS! They submitted the evidence to BA YESTERDAY & TODAY BA have agreed to settle from August! So 240days & took CEDR less than 24hrs, literally just beyond words BA
