@British_Airways I managed to make the booking but was unable to select seats for 1st leg of flight (Economy Plus). There are seats, according to chat attendant) but I have to call to select them. And the help number disconnects after saying too many waiting for help. (1/2)

@British_Airways Yes having to spend two more days in Boston, extremely inconvenient missing work and now booked onto an older plane without the cabin we have paid thousands of pounds for. Having flown BA for years this will be the last of it.

My 118,000 points saved in my lifetime have been STOLEN by hacker who EASILY accessed my account due to scandalous insecurity by BA and posed as me with a different email address and put MY points into their qatar account. BA is responsible for this.

@KirstieMAllsopp @British_Airways Stopped flying BA 2 years ago and wont use airline again under any. circumstancss despite offers of vouchers and conoensatkon, and air miles left in executive club account. Abusive ataff who arent accountable and not rven a pretence of investigating complaints.
