@gfpaterson @British_Airways The BA app & the BA website are atrocious. I work in the Middle East & fly internationally every 8 weeks or so, and the main reason (there are others) I avoid BA when I can is because of the crappy app and website. Luthansa, KLM, Saudia and Emirates all get my custom instead.
