@British_Airways This is the worst airline in entire world. First and last time ever flying this airline. Agent at check-in was rudest woman I ever met. Wouldn't let us carry on bag that clearly fit requirements. With so many other airlines, no need to ever fly this one!!!!!!!!

@British_Airways I am stuck in Dubai as you cancelled my flight home today. Your response has been terrible and customer service appalling. You send text messages inviting me to call the UK, and when I call the line is “too busy, please call back later”. WTAF!

@Wey0214 @British_Airways This is terrible …. It’s bad enough to have to have the issues in the first place but not to get compensation in a timely fashion is shocking …. Customer service that can’t be contacted !!! That’s one way not to get complaints!! Puts you off flying with them

Hey @British_Airways, it's been 4 months since my Avios account was hacked and points drained. Your 'investigating' seems like a never-ending saga with no updates despite multiple calls and emails. Locked out of my account for 4 months with no access at all. Not good!

@British_Airways Are you guys able to confirm seats. Was booked and paid for a 777 - but now shows conflicting info. Had 33JK booked. Now showing 21JK and also 33JK on some pages - want to double check as did pay for specific seats.

@British_Airways Beware, this site is crawling with scammers. They are almost identical to BA support in that they are none English speaking, difficult to understand, mostly incompetent and just helpful enough to seem legitimate. Best go to the web site, find a number and call.
