@British_Airways Just got to Heathrow from Madrid in that overcrowded rickety shit bucket you call a plane. Hour on the tarmac and we had to chase down food and drink. Unacceptable. Flying my last leg back to LA tomorrow and won’t be using your service again.

@British_Airways This is to let the public know I messaged back to BA and they are refusing to give me the CEO email address or even ask the ceo office to contact me. I am getting more response from Qatar who I don't even have an account with who the thief transferred my points to than BA

@British_Airways let down yet again by the abysmal standards of BA on my flight to Tokyo and now on my return flight to London Heathrow. You ignore customer complains but how do you get away with it? No reply on my case or my email to Mr BA.
