@British_Airways , my parents has flight from Kolkata to Montreal via Mumbai and London on 23rd April 2024. Booking reference number UG7WDP. I got email from BA that London to Montreal flight cancelled on 23rd and issued a new ticket. But at Mumbai airport your staff was rude.

@British_Airways Hi folks, my 82 year old father is flying solo on the BA12 flight that has just returned to Singapore after circling for 5 hours. I'm currently unable to contact him. How can I make sure that you are looking after him during this delay??

@British_Airways But that isn’t the answer is it! The fact is there is an issue with the app where it’s not recognising that notifications are being read, all other apps functioning correctly & the BA one was working fine until the latest upgrade. Surely the tech team need to be advised to fix it

@British_Airways have the most incompetent baggage staff in the world. Every time I speak to someone the story changes, very unhelpful, someone’s even deliberately changed my name on the baggage report so I have trouble getting information #joke #worstcustomerservice
