@British_Airways Ur customer service/complaint dept is the worst I’ve come across I made a claim/complaint in 1st week of March. It’s been 4 weeks and no response You are taking more than 4 weeks to handle a complaint. I can imagine, how long will it take for normal enquiries

@British_Airways have you introduced 2FA on your members accounts yet? There was a flurry of emails telling people the way they log in is about to change, and to make sure their contact detail are correct and then nothing further.

I think it's messed up that you can book a flight, have great seats as you planned and paid for, and due to situations outside your (and arguably the airlines) control, you get bumped to a different flight in terrible seats. @AmericanAir @British_Airways

Nearly a month ago @British_Airways cancelled my Heathrow to San Diego flight and this is the second issue with this company in 6 months (flight home from US >5h late and lost baggage). I’ve complained online twice and received nothing from them. Appalling service.
