@British_Airways This wasn’t a complaint about the delay, but about the fact that your app stated the flight was on time, when you knew this was inaccurate, and that the ground staff made zero announcements

@British_Airways you’ve just stolen 2 sets of seats I paid for. @Iberia_en which runs the first of 3 flights refuses to help and the Iberia check in manager in SJO was quite rude and dismissive. Code-sharing is supposed to be seamless, but so far it is a big fail.

@British_Airways That’s fine if that’s the case but then it would be better if the message said “online check in is not available for your flight” rather than “there’s a technical issue”. That would be more useful and informative and you’d get fewer angry customers.
