@BlizzardCS I need assistance with my account, please. I upgraded to a collectors edition from Digital Epic and was not given an account balance. It should have given $90. Your gear store and redemption page said NOTHING of the upgrade offer expiring.

@BlizzardCS I Have posted and posted, and posted and nothing. Growing ever more frusated and angry. You guys need to fix the forced shard issues on low pop servers. Super blooms suddenly vanish as I am moved to another shard, losing all progress.. rares I was in combat with vanish ..
