hi @Telstra24x7 are you blocking iCloud private relay? All my emails show “Your network settings prevent content from loading privately.”. The moment I turn it off, the messages goes away and all images load.

My Telstra Internet (Parramatta NSW) has been intermittently unavailable each afternoon between 1PM and 5PM for the past 3 days. Perfectly fine at other times. Can still reach Telstra DNS but nothing outside of the Telstra network. @Telstra24x7

@mikewatson74 @Telstra24x7 @VodafoneAU Yep that’s when it start for us. Our issue is Samsung (@VodafoneAU) to iPhone (@Telstra24x7). Caused a lot of stress with a grandparent that was not responding.

@awthorpe @Telstra24x7 Having the same issue since NYE. Tried all the troubleshooting, on both sides. The @VodafoneAU devices are all iPhone and the Telstra device is an Oppo.

@Telstra24x7 why would txt messages being sent from a Vodafone number to multiple telstra phones (including mine) not being received, but are to other networks include Aldi (Telstra)?

@Telstra24x7 @Telstra I am at wits end... have used your app to try and resolve an issue and had no luck. I then tried calling and still no luck. Can I please speak to someone based in Australia to resolve this issue? I am getting automated responses from offshore humans
