#TerrecCustomerService from @Bankwest #ArrogantBanks pestering me to 'verify my account deatails' or they will need to 'restrict my account'. The only way to do this is by phone, which, of course, they never answer. So, why can't they PHONE ME, at a convenient time? Please share.

@Bankwest In app our debit card is platinum, but our physical cards aren't. Which is correct? And also, our cards are linked to an offset rather than an Easy Transaction account. Are the no-fee international transactions dependent on the account type or card type?
