@Bankwest Why do you limit tha maximum length of passwords? 16 characters is so 1999. We need unlimited characters. If you go digital your security backbone and underlying support needs to get with the times.

So it happens again. IT issues with @maccas forces stores to either shut for the day or gee accept CASH ONLY. Imagine what would happen to a @Bankwest customer in this situation because @CommBank has decided to close every single branch and force it all online. #CashIsKing

@Bankwest @mondua5 Why can’t BW customers use commonwealth bank branches + services ? It’s the least you can do for your customers. Doesn’t CB own BW? During the pandemic we were forced to use our cards, cash was deemed COVID spreading, Hence cash usage down.
