The fact it’s zero fee and you get zero international transaction fees, and international ATM is great value, beats accounts like ING hands down.

@BankofMelb is there any way to access support without registering? Making a business account online and it’s stopped AFTER taking all my info 5+ times because of an unspecified error. Support requires me to be a customer - this just nudges me to a choose a different bank.

Hi @BankofMelb Business customer here. Whenever I make a transfer the system doesn't recognise the email address of the payee I'm trying to send a receipt to. The error is 'Enter valid email address'. This has happened on several valid email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, iCloud etc)
