@DustyPee @BankofMelb I got scammed out of $600 and @NAB sent me an email saying that because the person (who’s name/mobile and email I provided to NAB) that took the money hasn’t “agreed to return the money”, there’s nothing they can do..

@sbrady12345 @BankofMelb I have the same issue, tried to contact them and after 1 hour on the phone changing login passwords, they could not fix the issue, they said wait till next Tuesday to technical team find the issue. So crazy.
