@BankofMelb - Is official the worst bank of Australia. waiting 2 hours. person A said I can't help with the query. Went to service desk again, lodge a complaint. CSR said will transfer you to another department. Guess what? same person A picked up the call. Can access my funds.
@BankofMelb Hi - after being on hold for an hour I have been advised there is an outage. Can I suggest you update your social media and your online messages to reflect this. The gentleman who answered the phone was very helpful however it was an unnecessary call if advised online
@DustyPee@BankofMelb I got scammed out of $600 and @NAB sent me an email saying that because the person (who’s name/mobile and email I provided to NAB) that took the money hasn’t “agreed to return the money”, there’s nothing they can do..
@sbrady12345@BankofMelb I have the same issue, tried to contact them and after 1 hour on the phone changing login passwords, they could not fix the issue, they said wait till next Tuesday to technical team find the issue. So crazy.
