Dear @auspost I have two issues with the letter that was delivered today 1) It was on the ground in front of my letterbox. How the hell did the miss and on a windy day like today it is lucky I didn't lose it; 2) The letter was issued almost 3 weeks ago. #onejob

@auspost Thanks for replying, but this also happens when it's not Christmas. Also, my neighbour got sent to a non-local post office for her package because our local one 'was full'. I've completed a survey expressing my dis-satisfaction with the disappointing service.
