So I ordered something from noble park in vic, about 20 minutes drive away, delivered by @auspost . A week and a half later it turns up in the fucking Northern Territory and its temperature sensitive (brewer’s yeasts) so now fucked. What level of incompetence is this???

@auspost your last mile delivery people are scamming you and your customers. I consistently get messages saying nobody home, and am forced to go and pick up a parcel or registered post that should’ve been delivered. Just happened again 15 minutes ago. I’m home with the front door…

@auspost @startrack are useless. Parcel “Onboard for delivery” last Tuesday. Was express. Gone. No idea where it is. Try opening ticket and it’s just days with nothing. Sort it out! The worst service.
