@auspost @startrack are useless. Parcel āOnboard for deliveryā last Tuesday. Was express. Gone. No idea where it is. Try opening ticket and itās just days with nothing. Sort it out! The worst service.

@auspost - for all those who have a AustPost business account you need to check the details of your monthly acct. I recently found 5 cases of being overcharged on items that were wrongly scanned/weighed-causing significant overcharges. Am waiting on a response from AusPost
