In case anyone was wondering @ATT coverage in our area is still poor, and after a year of back and forth they finally admitted the coverage is limited and they're looking into adding another tower. If interested I can purchase a booster in the meantime tho

@ATT please explain how you offer the purchase of extra data only to customers who have purchased an unlimited data plan? What I was just told as an 18yr customer of yours, ‘We only offer that to customers that purchase the unlimited plan.’ I asked why, he had no answer.

Is there any worse customer service than @ATT ? Buy a new phone and they send me a "promotional card" to purchase accesories with, I go to use said card, card is declined, call customer service and they say wait 24 hours and try it again. Rinse and repeat ad nauseam.

@ATT Your salespeople are the worst at helping people purchase new phones. Two years in a row they have messed up our phone purchases.
