@asda As a regular customer of the delivery service, I was sent a last minute email to say my order was cancelled. No link to make a complaint, only a re order button and lame excuses. Had a few Morrisons deliveries, they will do for me now. Shambles

Well folks @asda must be the worse for customer service ...every week we go to @sainsburys and get served straight away, lots of tills open, then we go to @asda they have 3 tills open, 20 minutes to get served ...hate going to @asda because I know what will happen

@asda I ordered click &, collect for shopping but when I got there my order had been moved to another store so far out of my way I needed directions. You will say you're sorry. Keep your sorries. Where do I make a formal complaint to?

So, not only do @asda staff fail to help you in store when their tills glitch and tell you they've accepted your reward card when they haven't, the head office also fails to provide an accessible way of contacting their complaints department! #ShitCustomerService

@asda please can I have a genuine conversation and complaints process to resolve what I want to be a formal complaint. You continue to be really poor with your customers service giving me multiple conflicting reasons why my 2 of my food orders have been cancelled.

@asda please can I have an official email address for complaints. The lack of ability to complain in writing is frustrating and opens people up to scam accounts such as @Asda_Caree who have tried to contact me over a complaint I posted (now deleted).
