So I did a one month free trial on @AppleNews and it charged me £12.99. @AppleSupport said it’s because I have done a free trial before (like over a year ago). A) why say free trial even when you click subscribe when it isn’t? B) I’ve had several free trials of Apple TV?!

@AppleNews welp you’ve lost me as a user. Idk what you did in the last couple updates but the CONSTANT refreshing or changing of the story I’m reading have made the app unusable. Since I cannot delete and reinstall the app to see if that’s the issue I’ll just stop using
