@ANZ_AU Can I complain about branch? I visited Castle Hill branch to deposit coins. A customer blocked a coin deposit ATM for while and didn't move. And staff never attached notice of 'no coin deposit, please' What a bad customer service! Banks exist for customers? great bank!!

@ANZ_AU Yeah that's my complaint... I don't want to have to phone and sit on hold just for an update. It's been months in my case and they submitted the dispute with incorrect info twice which has dragged it out. Case C-3677091 if you're able to check
