@ANZ_AU In a letter from you "we will no longer issue new Access cards" - can you clarify what that means? If I have a card you supplied (used to e.g. pay for things, withdraw from ATM etc) and that expires, what happens? If a new one isn't issued, how do I use my account?

@ANZ_AU thanks had to pay someone in cash. I went to the closest ATM which is a multi bank ATM which charges to withdraw cash. The problem I had is I needed $750 but this ATM has $500. I had to do an hour round trip to the nearest ANZ ATM to get the cash I needed. Frustrating!

Just over 4 yrs since my dad died. Sorting probate in 2 countries was challenging, but hardest by far was dealign with @ANZ_AU estates team It was so bad we wrote a complaint about the delays, letter sent in 2020 They have just replied FOUR yrs later. Do better @ANZ_AU

@ANZ_AU Just went to make a deposit at a branch. Told there were no human staff to take my cash. Had to stand outside on the street and feed note by note into a machine! Not only is my anxiety going off now but that is terrible from a customer service point of view! Do better!

@9NewsMelb @MimiRoseBecker During Optus breach, my boss’ details were exposed & they tried to get a loan from @ANZ_AU He put an investigation but @ANZ_AU denied it saying “wasn’t legitimate”. A woman called yet ANZ said they don’t have phone records. Full of crap. Imagine with digital ID

@ANZ_AU on hold from 8.04 to finally getting connected to a very impatient customer service agent to be told the card maybe or may not be blocked due to technical outage is probably the worst answer one wants to hear . Not acceptable and will be looking at changing banks
