Hi @ANZ_AU Overseas and need your help. Appreciate you blocking a fraudulent payment, but now all my direct debits are being blocked. I tried calling, ran out of charge before I could speak to someone. Don't have access to a landline for reverse call. Aaargh, bills to pay.

@anniethenigma @JodieBrilliant @ANZ_AU Oh, I used to be with them - a friend of mine had a very bad experience there. Account was cleaned out by a scammer and they were the very opposite of friendly or helpful about it. Spoke to people yes, but their security was not good.
