@ANZ_AU I've requested a payout figure to close my credit card and my account has been locked for security reasons? I can't access the account to check my mail. I'll be ringing the account number tomorrow to figure out why I can't see my payout figure because of my locked account

@EvanD My bad. I now realise the bank robot is saying my time is "important" not "valuable". They also continue to say my call will be answered "shortly", stretching the meaning of that word to breaking point. This is the second round, as I'm being switched between departments. @ANZ_AU
