@JodieBrilliant @ANZ_AU @CommBank I’ve made two complaints this year…branches are closing, lines getting longer, fees increasing. In contrast I went into a People’s choice credit union to get some change…super helpful, no lines, good interest & credit card rates too…majors are like Telstra

@anniethenigma @JodieBrilliant @ANZ_AU Oh, I used to be with them - a friend of mine had a very bad experience there. Account was cleaned out by a scammer and they were the very opposite of friendly or helpful about it. Spoke to people yes, but their security was not good.
