@AmericanExpress Just saying, but there's a glitch on some of your accounts causing the balance to be reset on some credit cards, I've reached out to you 3 times to fix it and you haven't done anything yet.

@TMobileHelp I was on hold with T-Mobile for over 10 minutes and gave up. @AmericanExpress chat has confirmed the problem is on their end. I'm guessing they must have had recent layoffs, or for the first time in a decade, they are having call volume issues. Funny that. Thanks.
