Filed complaint against @AmericanExpress for siding with fraudulent merchant when I reported them. The merchant submitted fraudulent documents that an 8 year old could put together on a computer. No real checking into it all! That’s why this country is in such a mess! #fail

@AmericanExpress are you aware the authentification with "itsme" app isn't working on your belgian website? Tried both IOS and Windows with multiple web browsers (Safari, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox).
